transcosmos’ China call center subsidiary wins the “2008 China Best Outsourcer Award” in the 2008 China (Asia) Best Call Center Competition
The subsidiary of transcosmos, inc. Shanghai transcosmos Marketing Service Co., Ltd. has received the “Best Outsourcer” award at the 2008 China (Asia) Best Call Center Competition held in Beijing (China) from October 14 through 17, 2008.
Best Customer Support of The Year 2008 Improved Customer Satisfaction Award
At the “11th Help Desk & Contact Center Convention held on September 17, 2008, there was an award ceremony for the “Best Customer Support of The Year 2008,” where trancosmos received “Improved Customer Satisfaction Award.” We opened a help desk center inside Nissan Automobile to respond to the high-standard needs and inquiries as a second window for the business support system for the sales company. We have set a high KPI goal with Nissan Automobile, and as a result of implementing various measures to attain that goal, we were able to improve “the answering ratio,” “average time to answer,” and “unanswered call ratio.” In turn, we were able to improve the customer satisfaction.
