transcosmos and feedforce Offer New Service which Supports “Official Web App” for Website Operators

(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President: Koji Tsukada; hereafter, feedforce), launched a new service which supports “Official Web App”, offered by LINE, for website service operators.

The new service links “Social PLUS”, an optional feature offered by feedforce which supports LINE’s “Official Web App”, with “Omni-channel Support Powered by LINE”, a service offered by transcosmos. With this new service, the website service operators can make the most of LINE platform for their own web services such as LINE account login, segment-based targeted coupon distribution and one-to-one, two-way communication via LINE.

The service enables the website service operators not only to win new members more easily than ever before, but also to drive repeat purchases and offer customer support services via LINE, ultimately to approach new customer base that they could not reach and build relationship with in the past.

About “Official Web App”

“Official Web App”, offered by LINE, is a channel to link the companies’ own web service with LINE account, enabling them to complete a series of user activities from luring customers, encouraging user actions to drive repeat purchases seamlessly using LINE account. As of today, the “Official Web App” is only partially available for some features. The full-scale launch, including “Profile +” feature, is scheduled in this fall.

With “Official Web App”, businesses can win new users and send push-messages for their own website within LINE app, leveraging their existing website without developing a new native app.

About “Social PLUS”

“Social PLUS”, offered by feedforce, is an ASP service which enables businesses to implement social login function to their existing website or to their native app easily at affordable cost. Social PLUS provides optional feature which allows the users to implement LINE “Official Web App” in a simply way.

About “Omni-channel Support Powered by LINE Business Connect”

“Omni-channel Support Powered by LINE Business Connect”, offered by transcosmos, enables LINE users to have one-to-one communication with business LINE account on LINE Talk, leveraging LINE Business Connect. To use the new service, users need a license for “Oracle Service Cloud”, the platform which supports Oracle customer service.
