transcosmos supports ANA to implement and operate “Domo”, a business optimization platform

(Headquarters: State of Utah, United States; Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board: Josh James; hereafter, Domo) and implemented “Domo”, Domo’s cloud-based business optimization platform, for ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS CO., LTD. (hereafter, ANA).
The cloud-based platform “Domo” brings various disconnected data together, including the data managed and stored across departments and in external databases. With its dashboard, ANA employees can easily access and see the data they need in real time. Connecting with “Domo” and a website analytics tool, which allows ANA employees to make faster, better-informed decisions and take actions at the right time, to consider not only each specific website such as the ANA official website or ANA SKY WEB but also ANA group’s entire websites.
transcosmos continues to help ANA optimize its digital customer experience through providing value-added marketing data by combining its unique research and analytics services with AI services.
