The solution enables businesses to make comprehensive customer communication ranging from segment-based messaging, to O2O campaigns to customer support, swiftly and effectively by managing their LINE-based customer communication using Salesforce Service Cloud.
transcosmos connects LINE Business Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud via its unique communication management platform, “DECAds Connect Edition”. With this solution, not only clients that already have Salesforce Service Cloud in place, but also clients that plan to implement Salesforce Service Cloud, can start communicating with their customers via LINE immediately and effectively. The solution does not require a link to clients’ databases including customer databases or chat solutions, enabling clients to utilize the service easily.
