transcosmos opens “MCM Center Sapporo Sosei”,
a new call center in Sapporo city

The center has 285 workstations to further expand business. Plans to hire a maximum of 500 agents

transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda) opened a new call center, “Marketing Chain Management Center Sapporo Sosei” (MCM Center Sapporo Sosei), in Sapporo city and launched operations on December 7, 2017. It is their 8th operations base in Sapporo city.

Since then, the company has opened 7 centers, offering diverse services including call center services, BPO services and digital marketing services, primarily for the manufacturing, telecommunications, finance and transport industries. transcosmos also offers an onsite services scheme to serve clients in their offices. MCM Sapporo Sosei, a new call center opened with 285 workstations to expand business, plans to hire a maximum of 500 agents. It launched technical call support for the telecommunications industry on December 7, 2017.

Located only a minute’s walk from Sapporo subway station, MCM Center Sapporo Sosei sits in a prime location for both commuting and hiring. By opening this new center, the total number of workstations in Sapporo now exceeds 3,000, making transcosmos the largest call center operator in the Sapporo area.
