What with soaring prices, a move towards carbon neutrality, a labor shortage and more, companies have been navigating a chaotic business landscape in recent years. Under such an environment coupled with a wave for business transformation and restructuring, client needs for transcosmos BPO services are growing. To accommodate these needs and expand business even further, transcosmos will open a new BPO center in the Tohoku region.

The new BPO Center Sendai Itstsubashi will provide services for corporate back-office functions including office administration, human resources, accounting, procurement & purchasing, and sales.
