Demand for BPO services continues to increase as more companies focus on maximizing their workforce efficiency in order to address a growing labor shortage whilst streamlining operations to realize workstyle reforms. The BPO Center Sasebo will primarily deliver corporate back-office services that support its clients’ operations in such areas: human resources, general affairs, and accounting. Also, BPO Center Nagasaki, established in May 2015, offers the same services in Nagasaki Prefecture. Through the consolidation of similar operations in Nagasaki Prefecture, transcosmos will expand its BPO business by making the two centers share knowledge whilst developing operations specialists.
