Environmental Goals by Function
At transcosmos, each business function runs the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle to achieve their respective environmental goals.
The lists of annual environmental activities

- (1) Confirmation of the guidelines for objective and target formulation
- Review the “Guidelines for Formulating Environmental Objectives and Targets” (this material).
- (2) Environmental aspects assessment (specified)
- Identify the environmental aspects and impacts required to be revised within the departments.
- (3) Formulation of environmental objectives and targets (activities for the achievements) for the departments
- Determine priority initiatives (considering significant environmental aspects)
・Set the target value of objectives and activities - (4) Dissemination to the departments
- Promote the objectives and activities for the achievements by disseminating to the departments.
- (5) Measurement of activities/objective and target for the achievements
- Measure the status of achievements and activities in the departments.
- (6) Dissemination of achievement status
- Share the results of achievement status and alert to the department as necessary.
- (7) Aggregation and review of target achievement status
- Review the results based on a summary of the target achievement status with a person in charge of the environmental promotion department.
- (8) Plan for corrective actions (for unaccomplished objectives)
- Plan and implement corrective actions for unachieved objectives after the manager’s approval.
- (9) Review of the environmental activities
- Review the activities and revise the contents as necessary.
